1. Non-commercial / Evaluation Use
==================================

Terms and conditions in this section (1) apply to all instances of this
software except for instances with a valid commercial license.

Permission is granted to anyone to use this software, and images/media
generated by it, for non-commercial or evaluation purposes only.
Permission is also granted to redistribute this software package freely,
subject to the following restrictions:

A. The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not
   claim that you wrote the original software.

B. This notice and the User Guide may not be removed or altered from
   any distribution.

C. Commercial license keys may not be part of any distribution.

D. This software, or any images/media generated by it, may not be sold
   individually or as a part of a package or product.


2. Commercial Use
=================

Terms and conditions in this section (2) apply only to instances of this
software that have a valid commercial license.

When using the software for non-commercial purposes see section
"1. Non-commercial / Evaluation Use" even if you have commercial license.
The commercial licenses only apply for commercial use.

Permission is granted to the license holder to use this software and produce
images/media with it, for commercial purposes. The license holder may not
give any third party access to a license key. Following restrictions and
exceptions apply:

Commercial Seat License
-----------------------

(Applies to all commercial licenses except the Unlimited Site License, see
section below for that)

A. Only one instance of the software, per license, may be used at a time; you
   may have the software and associated license key installed on several
   computers, as long as only one person is using it at any given time.

B. You may transfer a license to another person; after which you will no
   longer own the license, and "1. Non-commercial / Evaluation Use" applies
   again. Request a license transfer from support@blytools.com.

C. You may not redistribute this software or associated license keys, except
   in its original non-commercial state, where section "1. Non-commercial /
   Evaluation Use" applies.

D. License keys are personalized to the owner, do not share them with
   unauthorized parties or store them in a location where unauthorized
   parties have access.


Unlimited Site License
----------------------

A. The software and associated license key may be installed on any number of
   computers, and used by any number of persons at a time, as long as they
   are working for and using the software on a production of the license
   holder.

B. The license is non-transferable.

C. You may not redistribute this software or associated license keys, except
   in its original non-commercial state, where section "1. Non-commercial /
   Evaluation Use" applies.

D. License keys are personalized to the owner, do not share them with
   unauthorized parties or store them in a location where unauthorized
   parties have access.
